Have you ever wondered how our winemakers select the blends for our wines like Symvoli and Stone Bridge Red and White? This workshop is your opportunity to step into the winemaker’s shows and try your hand at determining the best blend for the next vintage of Stone Bridge White!
Our Head Winemaker, Wes Andrew, will explain the blending process, how different flavors and aromas work together, and the steps he uses in the cellar. Then, you’ll get hands-on experience blending the wines that will comprise our Stone Bridge White.
