100% Chardonnnay (53% Atwater Vineyards, 47% Sawmill Creek Vineyards)

The 2023 Chardonnay Reserve offers aromas of white flowers, apple, lemon, and a subtle hint of cream. This wine is medium-bodied with nicely balanced acidity. Consider pairing this wine with creamy risotto, fish in beurre blanc sauce, or nigiri-style sushi.

The Chardonnay grapes were de-stemmed and pressed into stainless steel tanks to settle. After 24-48 hours, Chardonnay from Atwater was racked into barrels to ferment and age, while Chardonnay from our friends at Sawmill Creek was racked into a stainless steel tank to ferment and age. Both wines aged on their lees for seven months before blending and bottling in August 2024.
