The wine is full-bodied with structured tannins and a zip of acidity. Aromas of graphite, smoke, and dark fruit come into focus on the palate with notes of blackberry, cherry, black peppercorn, dark cocoa, and baking spices.

Our Rosé 2023 is deep in both color and flavor. Reminiscent of Rosé from Tavel, France, ours is a blend of 82% Barbera and 18% Blaufränkisch–both known for their dark skins. Red berries on the nose sharpen to expressive strawberry, rhubarb, and pomegranate arils on the palate. A crack of black pepper, chalky minerality, moderate acidity, and a supple mouthfeel make this a great dry wine for pairing heavier faire. Your summer barbeque wine.

A blend of white hybrid and red vinifera grapes, our Pétillant Naturel Diamond/Zweigelt 2023 offers notes of cherries, raspberries, and red grapefruit. Delicate bubbles and a spirited acidity provide balance to this fruit forward wine. With fermentation completed in the bottle under crown cap, each bottle is unique. Pair with berries and cream garnished with mint.

This embodies Atwater’s signature red blend, a merging of red fruit inspired by our belief that wine is created through the interconnections among our sun, moon, earth, vines, and people. The medium-body wine is a handcrafted blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot providing a layered and complex choreography of flavors, with berry notes up front leading to a peppery finish.
