A classic take on New York Chardonnay. White floral aromatics are joined by notes of apple, vanilla, and almond. Full-bodied with moderate acidity, this wine aged in neutral French oak for 7 months. Consider pairing with full-bodied foods like lobster rolls, perogies, or creamy risotto.
Created méthode champenoise, this cuvee (or blend) of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewüztraminer feels opulent on the palate. Extended lees contact during the aging process creates a creamy mouthfeel and delicate bubbles. Notes of white peach, citrus fruits, and brioche. A perfect holiday sparkling wine.
These three staff picks complement any dinner party!

Dry Riesling 2022
The Gewürztraminer 2022 and Dry Riesling 2022 are delicious and versatile white wines that pair well with a range of dishes, no matter what's on your menu. Our Corot Noir, a light, lower-alcohol chillable red pleases every palate—and won't leave you overstuffed!
Notes of melon and citrus fruit appear on the nose of our Dry Riesling 2022. 25% of the grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral French oak for 8 months on lees, adding texture to the palate alongside flavors of pear and green apple. Pair with Thai salad, duck, or Tikka Masala.
Jasmine, white pepper, and a spicy herbaceousness give way to crisp green apple and pear. A lemon citrus acidity and steely minerality contribute to balance and texture, as do three days of fermentation on skins for a full-bodied wine.
Our Riesling 2023 is a lighter, fresher offering that is easy to enjoy on its own or with food. A bouquet of white flowers and dried herbs float from the glass. On the palate, juicy tropical notes, including pineapple and apricots drizzled with honey. Pair with your next sushi night (sashimi or nigiri), clam boil, or brunch.
Our 2023 Vignoles starts with healthy aromatics of honeysuckle and citrus blossom. As you sip this semi-dry wine, you’ll notice an intriguing effervescent pop on the palate alongside pineapple, mango, sumo oranges, and lime zest. A chalky minerality and dynamic acidity counterbalance the fruit.
